Shakugan no Shana [another] OVA?

New Shana Anime to Be Shakugan no Shana S
OVA Series

The August issue of Newtype magazine confirmed a new Shana anime project titled Shakugan no Shana S original video anime (OVA) series. Cast members Rie Kugimiya and Satoshi Hino will reprise their roles as Shana and Yuuji, respectively.

Like the previous Shakugan no Shana anime, the new series is based on the light novels. The first volume will ship in Japan on October 23 on DVD and Blu-ray Disc. The video release will include a tentatively titled "Shakugan no Shana-tan" video extra and an audio commentary track, and the first pressing will add a special sleeve illustrated by Ito.

I am super excited for the news! Although the fans (including me) were looking forward to a third season, at least this is something released. Thanks for the teasing! :3

Also, also! :D

Thanks!
For Higurashi or Shana? I've read three volumes of manga and a novel for Shana, and I enjoy them. It's a nice, fantasy, romantic, loaded-with-action story.

As for Higurashi, it's bloody, graphic, and creepy. It's a great horror/mystery series.

Both of these series do have anime counterparts. Check them out, if anime works better for you. :)
